Throughout duration of show, bahous ensures the quality of your booth at all times. On-site adjustments are made to encourage booth traffic and highlight client’s show presence. To achieve this, bahous will:
 Hold daily reviews of progress towards show objectives
 Observe and evaluate caliber of staff demonstrations and displays
 Patrol booth traffic and filter attendees to appropriate staff member
 Supervise staffing and scheduling; resolve last minute conflicts
 Provide back up for booth staff whenever necessary
 Evaluate effectiveness of promotions and giveaways
 Make on-site necessary changes and troubleshoot any issues
 Assess tradeshow presence of client’s competition
 Represent Marcom department and answer inquiries


bahous provides on-site supervision at all times until tear down of booth property is complete. During this stage of the event, bahous will:
 Dismiss staff from show floor and set time for staff de-briefing session
 Collect event leads and dispatch to processing center
 Secure all valuable company items and store in safe place
 Supervise booth property tear-down and return rental items
 Collect final billing for show services from show site vendors


bahous understands the precision required for the handling of all freight matters and the considerable costs involved in rectifying shipping predicaments. After teardown is complete, bahous is on-site to ensure your property is handled with care and destined for correct outbound locations. During this final phase, bahous
 Pack all display items in appropriate shipping containers
 Designate and label items for desired outbound shipment destinations
 Locate driver and review shipping schedule and special handling needs
 Co-ordinate move-out schedule and complete all necessary documentation
 Co-ordinate outbound freight and track return shipments
