Choose optimal locations for demos, literature, giveaways and collateral materials to draw audience |
Supervise equipment installation and verify that demo equipment is operational |
Load demos and/or presentations on demo machines |
Display demos in optimal locations; arrange display cases to highlight products |
Offer training sessions for booth staff and provide guidelines for booth duty |
Maintain staff schedules and resolve last minute scheduling conflicts that may occur |
Provide basic supplies that are made available to booth staff |
Place press releases in press room |
