 Account for all freight and shipments
 Assess booth for damage before the installation begins
 Troubleshoot and resolve freight and set up problems
 Ensure proper placement of signs, graphics and lighting
 Adjust furniture layout to encourage booth traffic and accessibility
 Choose optimal locations for demos, literature, giveaways and collateral materials to draw audience
 Supervise equipment installation and verify that demo equipment is operational
 Load demos and/or presentations on demo machines
 Display demos in optimal locations; arrange display cases to highlight products
 Offer training sessions for booth staff and provide guidelines for booth duty
 Maintain staff schedules and resolve last minute scheduling conflicts that may occur
 Provide basic supplies that are made available to booth staff
 Place press releases in press room

When attending an event, bahous will:
 Check all electrical and telecommunications connections
 Set up, test and locate all demo equipment; disassemble and store all demo equipment
 Arrange products aesthetically in display cases; remove and store display objects
 Ensure proper placement of graphics and signage
 Stock literature, press kits and giveaways; monitor and control quantities
 Arrange furniture and plants according to desired layout
 Install lead retrieval machines in appropriate locations; gather and file leads at closing
 Inspect booth for cleaning; gather waste for disposal
 Provide necessary booth supplies for staff
